Welcome to TipsTo.me (hereinafter, "the Platform"). By accessing or using our service, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you disagree with any part of the terms, then you may not access the service.

2. Description of Service

TipsTo.me is a "link in bio" platform that allows users (hereinafter, "Creators") to create a public profile to aggregate links and receive donations or tips (hereinafter, "Donations") from other users (hereinafter, "Donors"). Payments are processed through third-party providers such as Stripe and PayPal.

3. User Accounts

To use certain features of the Platform, you must register and create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login method and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. You must be at least 18 years old to create a Creator account.

4. Creator Obligations

As a Creator, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information when setting up your profile and payment methods.
• Not post content that is illegal, defamatory, obscene, infringing on copyright, or that violates our content policies.
• Be solely responsible for fulfilling your tax obligations related to the Donations you receive.
• Not use the Platform for any fraudulent or illegal activities.

5. Donations and Payments

All transactions are handled by third-party payment processors. TipsTo.me does not store credit card information. By making a Donation, you agree to the terms and conditions of the respective payment processor.

Donations are voluntary and non-refundable. TipsTo.me is not responsible for any disputes between Creators and Donors.

6. Account Termination

You may terminate your account at any time. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate any of these Terms, at our sole discretion and without notice.

7. Limitation of Liability

The service is provided "as is". To the fullest extent permitted by law, TipsTo.me shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new terms on this page. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.
